Terms & Conditions

By confirming a reservation at Girenica Apartments, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. House Rules

• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Please respect other guests and neighbors.

• The apartment may only be used for appropriate, legal, and personal purposes.

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given.

• Girenica Apartments reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if house rules are violated or if serious complaints are received.

2. Check-out Rules

Before departure, guests are kindly asked to:

• Wash and put away all dishes.

• Remove all opened food and empty the refrigerator and freezer.

• Take out the trash.

Failure to follow check-out rules may result in additional cleaning charges.

3. Security Deposit

• A €200 security deposit may be pre-authorized at check-in.

• The amount may be increased if damages exceed normal wear and tear.

• The deposit covers:

  • Breakages or damage to property

  • Extra cleaning if the apartment is left in poor condition

  • Violations such as smoking indoors or unauthorized guests

Any deductions will be communicated after check-out.

4. Cancellations and Alterations

• A 30% deposit is required in advance to confirm the booking.

• This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

• Cancellations made up to 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit, if applicable).

• Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in or no-shows are not refundable.

• Girenica Apartments reserves the right to relocate a booking to a similar accommodation in case of overbooking or exceptional circumstances.

• If Girenica Apartments must cancel a reservation and no alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.

5. Facilities and Services

• Apartments are fully furnished and include a kitchen with necessary appliances and utensils.

• Basic toiletries are provided; guests are expected to bring personal items as needed.

• No items may be removed from the apartment.

6. Loss of Property and Liability

• Girenica Apartments is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Personal effects are not insured.

• Parking is provided at the guest’s own risk.

• Girenica Apartments is not liable for injuries sustained on the property, except in cases of proven negligence.

• Guests are advised to arrange their own travel and motor insurance.
